Location/Description: Code for the office key lock box is = 7828, the lock, the front gate, and the alarm code. The lock box with the office key is attached to the utility shed directly in front of the # 2 fuel truck. Pad #2 is the pad of choice to land on, that's the pad closest to the water that has a BIG circle with a BIG square inside of it. The BIG silver fuel truck is parked right next to the landing/re-fueling zone, hose is 50' and there is a black mark on the pavement which is the furthest point for the fuel hose. If I need to respond after 7 pm 19:00 hours you need to call me- 202-484-8616. Have your dispatch call me - 202-484-8616 to advise me of the landing does not mater what time of day or night it is, you or dispatch are required to call me --ONE HOUR BEFORE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL--. Most of the time I or my assistant Anthony Wabash will be here unless its one of those 2 am call's then we will respond if you need our assistance. LANDING/RAMP/HELIPORT FEE $50.00 if you wake me up and call me to respond the fee is $100.00 that includes the LRH fee, again if it is a reasonable hour of the night I will not charge you a call out fee.
